RESPONSIBILITIES AND SERVICES
This unit coordinates activities between other Environmental Health Programs and the
court system for actions within the City of Los Angeles. This unit represents the
various programs except in the trial phase.
HOUSING TASK FORCE
The Housing Task Force's main function/duty is to prosecute recalcitrant property
owners whose property has been brought to the attention of the Task Force by the City
Attorney's office, Fire Department, Building Department, or Environmental Health.
