Recalls and Notices - Animal Related
NOTE: Within Los Angeles County, all suspected cases of illness in animals due to consumption of contaminated pet food or contaminated drugs should be reported to local public health office using the this form.

You can also report animal food and drug (but not vaccine) problems directly to the federal government through the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) at this portal.  Remember, such reports must also be made to local public health.
