The University decides what requirements must be fulfilled by/for student (student summary report of externship experience, student performance evaluation by County, etc.) while the Veterinary Public Health and Rabies Control determines what the “hands on work” will be. The work is often dependent upon on what outbreaks are occurring at the time.
